We want to be sure you have the best possible experience with Yerbae, but sometimes through the shipping process our cans can get bumped around and can occasionally get damaged. That’s why we offer a our Satisfaction Guarantee on any pack of Yerbae ordered online from Amazon or Yerbae.com

If your order of Yerbae is damaged in any way, please reach out to our customer service team by emailing customerservice@yerbae.com and we’ll make it right ASAP.

We do have a few guidelines.

  1. Requests must be made within 10 days after delivery.
  2. We may request photos of the damaged product and your electronic receipt.
  3. If the product you originally ordered is now out of stock, we may offer you a different flavor of your choice as a replacement.
